He Loves Me…

From just a minute ago.
Me: “You love me!”
Bren: “Don’t start rumours.”
Me: “BRENDAN MCNAMARA LOVES ME!”
Bren: [laughs]
Pause.
Me: “Why?”
Bren: “Why what?”
Me: “WHY do you love me? Say something nice about me.”
Bren: “Because… you’re lovable.”
Me: “WHAT? That sucks. Say something else.”
Bren: “Because [sticking finger up] you’re silly, [sticking two fingers up] you’re pretty aaaaaaand…”
Me: [waiting with bated breath]
Bren: “You’re… helpful.”
I don’t know why that is so funny, but I laughed so hard. One of those is not like the others.

By the way, has anyone ever told you the guy playing the flute in the Burger King breakfast commercial looks like Brendan?
Maybe it’s just because I’m obsessed with you lol! I looooove your show. You are such a natural in front of the camera and I make practically every dish you share. I have NEVER cooked Indian food until I began watching you on TNFS, and now I have things like garam masala, cumin seeds, mango chutney, fresh ginger root, cilantro and mint readily on hand! I’ve even improvised and created new dishes springing off of yours! For example, I made the most lovely pork chops starting with the sauce from your paneer pizza and adding some coconut milk, among other things. You have opened a whole new world of cooking to me and I thank you!
P.S. I’m also a Christian and admire how you share your faith too!
