Over the past 3 weeks, Bren has read:
- Geek Love
- Water for Elephants
- The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (in one day)
Over the past three weeks, I have read:
- New Moon (the second installment in the Twilight series, decidedly lighter fare.)
He is SUCH a fast reader, it makes me grrrrrrrrrr.
But as my friend Karen said to me the other day, when I was moaning about it, “I think it’s a really good idea to compare yourself to everyone around you.”
I love Karen.

All four are very good reads that I could hardly put down myself!

That Karen, she’s a wise one.
I go in spurts of how often I read. Right now, I’m in a bit of a dry spell as I’m prepping for a show.
And my last reading jag was the Twilight books. The last one is the best, in my humble little opinion.
Oh, I need to find time, come over for a spot of cauliflower steak, some tea, and take Wuthering Heights off your hands!
